I've owned my Y for three years and have 55k miles. This has never happened before.
This morning, my phone was disconnected from the car. I neither know how nor why. It does not function as a key now. The app says I need to log on but as soon as I enter my email address, I get a message of "Access Denied" before I can enter my password. I cannot go back to the app. Rebooted the phone, but same problem. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Same problem. I can get inside the car with my card. My tablet also connects but it was never set up as a key.
Ideas? (BTW, I am on a long trip and over 1,500 miles from home.)
