accessory to add power/usb port behind screen?

I've got a radar detector (Uniden R7) sitting on a mag mount on top of the screen in my Model Y. I've swapped out the old 12v cigarette lighter plug for a USB cord, and that works fine. But the wire is a pain. I have it going to a center console accessory, but I'd like it to be hidden.

I'm surprised there isn't an accessory out there to provide a USB port or two behind the screen for all those dash-mounted accessories. Does anyone make such a thing?

It's not where it gets the power from, it's where it provides it without a wire showing. I would have thought an obvious place would be in the swiveling screen mount accessory. I don't understand why Tesla doesn't have at least a USB socket in there to start with.
It can't provide power without it leading from somewhere and you didn't say anything about buying an aftermarket screen mount. Best of luck in your quest.
