Active Spoiler just doesn't work

Spoiler won't go down at all. It seems to be stuck in a fixed position. Even with the car locked or in reverse it is constantly up. I just tried to go into the Service tab to change it (like the owners manual says) but there's no tab for active spoiler.

Any solutions?

Only early VINs have such feature.

Maybe you don’t have the active spoiler. It only came on P90D and early P100D (and a few 90D in early 2016). Discontinued completely at some point in 2017.

Agree. I have a 3XXX 90D that has the active spoiler and although my newer X is much better built I do miss the active spoiler.
