Air spring model x vs model s

Hi, I'm wondering what are the differences in air spring between model s and model x, and if there are any at all.

I'm at the stage of repairing the car and I'm wondering if I can put an air spring on the front from the model s to my model x, it's about the airbag.

For sure the part number must be different but I wonder if they are identical or not.

It may be that the air spring is the same but the mounting points and the lower part itself may be different

This red part is removable, so I'm wondering if the green part is the same in model x and model s.
