There are a LARGE number of these devices that do the same thing. This is just one of many such devices. If you want to read a lot about these devices there is an active thread in the model Y subforum on another one of those devices and that one is mentioned in it near the end. Note again that all these devices are very similar, people buy them from aliexpress, and my experience is there is a large amount of astroturfing for them that is going on.
