Am I being too picky?

I picked up my metallic blue stealth last night and noticed a ton of unpainted areas in the doors, hinges, frunk, and trunk. Am I being too picky in thinking that it’s kind of a lot:

Up to you if you are too picky/ if it bothers you, but those areas are going to be like that on all the cars (robotic painting). The whitish you see is the initial dip paint coat, so it's not bare metal or anything like that.

I feel like I inspected this car way more than any other car ive had so it makes me wonder what I’ve missed previously and just never cared about.

I say too picky. 90% of owners don't even clean those areas. Even being as meticulous as I am, it's a door jamb or a crevice. I don't expect any of those parts of the painting process to be perfect.

The only one that would be slightly annoying is the inside of the door next to the rubber seal. That would bother me. The rest? Meh.

I dont know what other cars people have had but I have never had these paint issues with any of my other brand. To Op, my car is the same as your pictures and I have learned to live with it for an otherwise great car. I am not going to make excuses for Tesla, they have work to do to improve product quality once demand settles down.

I’m as anal as they come - those areas aren’t ideal but inline with what you should expect.

The only one that is even worth questioning/ bringing up to the SC is the one on the corner of the door near the weatherstrip. That shouldn’t be there. The rest - don’t sweat it.

Drive the car more, you’ll quickly forget and only you will know these are there.
