That car definitely doesn't have Autopilot hardware.

You can also tell by the instrument cluster still showing the old analog speedo/power meter but with a representation of the car in the centre.

And if the "first P85+ in Australia" is correct it was this demo one that arrived in mid 2014 (before Autopilot cars started getting built in September)

That's a well known Perth driver who has two Model S cars but one parking space, he is also very passionate about spreading the EV gospel, benefits of self driving and also consistently encourages any government department that's prepared to listen that EVs are the very near future. That pre facelift is a lovely car that's been well looked after.
