Any chance the Alliant 1.49% APR loan might come back in November, or any other deals you know?

I went ahead and applied for financing. I have solid credit history (close to 800 credit score) and virtually no current debt. Here's what I got:

Alliant: 1.99%, but they want 10% down. Reason - I haven't financed a car in a long time
US Bank: Said No, as my current address doesn't match my credit history (I moved recently)
Tech CU: 1.49% for 5 years or 1.74% for 6 years. And they will finance the whole amount (no down payment needed).

I will probably go with Tech CU for 5 years.

Did you apply through Tesla Financing for the Tech CU offer?

Tech CU - Online Loan Application Center

I called the 800 number mentioned here. They seem to have a special program for Tesla.
Excellent! Thanks! I just called back and applied. Apparently the first thing that should come out of my mouth when calling is "Tesla loan" or they defer to asking you if you are a member and if you do not meet their specific criteria then you are ineligible. Looks like they have the best rates going for Teslas.

Mission Federal Credit Union green lighted 1.89% for 72mo this past Friday. You have to be a San Diego resident so this won't help most of you but it might help some. Interestingly, when I assumed the rate was good for 30 days the loan officer stated it was actually good for 90 days. They will finance up to 80% of the purchase.

So maybe im a failure...

I called the 800 number, i said tesla loan.

The person said i have to have a referal from tesla and to talk to my delivery specialist because im out of state. Justg0 did you run into this? Should i call back and hope another person lets me pass?

I didn't need a referral and I am out of state too. They said in order to join the credit union, I would need to meet their joining requirement, which they said I can do by joining Financial Fitness Association for $8. I did that and opened an account yesterday.

They had asked me how I found them, and I said via the forums.

The person I talked to is Sarvjit and she has been quite helpful.

I just called Tech CU and was offered 1.49% for 5 years, 1.74 for 6 years. I did mention it is for a Tesla loan. One nice thing is they will re-amoratize the loan once if you make a large payment to reduce the balance of the loan.
