Any way to tell date of manufacture from VIN?

My car has two stickers in the door jam. A white one and a yellow one. The yellow one has tire pressure.

The white one has a date in the upper left hand part of the sticker that is the manufacture date, along with more information about tires (what size etc).

Do you not have a white sticker in your door jam?
