Anyone else experience this sound while driving on winding roads?

Your car's got some problems! Had that in a car once when the tire was left unbalanced for many miles and the tire became NOT round, with severely uneven wear pattern.

Have a good look at your tires, from the sounds of it, the right side of the car. Check both sides anyway to be sure. See if there are any bulges on the sidewall. Look for uneven wear across the whole tread of the tires, pay attention to the inner edge (you'll want to turn the steering wheel so it's easier to see in the front, you'll need to get on the ground to see the rear)

Might also want to check your wheel nuts torque, if the nuts are a bit loose, the sound could be from the wheel wobbling a bit on the hub.

And if you don't know what to look for or how to torque the nuts, bring it to a shop ASAP. The issue could be as simple as a piece of the wheel well plastic coming loose and rubbing on your tire, or be as serious as your wheel literally falling off.
