Anyone use Sapphire v1 by Flightshield?

I took my car in to have Opticoat Pro+ put on and when they inspected my car they found a couple paint chips and told me a far superior product was the Sapphire v1 and will protect against paint chips from rocks.

I was skeptic, but the owner said he put it on his vehicle and it looked amazing.

I am am getting nervous now because I don't see too many reviews on this stuff. It used to be for the aerospace industry only.

I will post pictures when I pick up tomorrow, but in the meantime has anyone heard or used this stuff?

You don't get rock chips with Xpel or Suntek either. Sorry, I've never heard of Flightshield. The first question to ask is: does it yellow over time?

Sapphire V1 looks to me like another nano coating, not a paint film product like XPEL and Suntek. Paint protection film will minimize paint chips from road debris, but coatings are better suited when you want a thinner chemical layer that protects against etching from bird droppings, etc..

Having both would be best, but it gets expensive for sure.
