Anyone using a Bluetooth Battery Monitor on a 16V equipped Tesla in a cold climate

I believe most of the low cost 12V Bluetooth Battery Monitors work up to 16V; therefore, most should work to monitor the new 16V lithium batteries in the newer Tesla vehicles (mine does). My Tesla is not exposed to temps below 32F so I can't verify the following.

It appears the 16V battery does not have a heater so in order to allow charging of a cold battery it must first put a load on the battery which would discharge it and raise the internal pouch temps to allow subsequent charging to begin. If the 16V battery was too cold to allow charging, the voltage should initially drop during this heating period. Can anyone who uses a Bluetooth battery monitor who's 16V battery might get very cold please confirm this? Maybe attach a screen shot to this thread?

Thanks Very Much in Advance
