App Support

Does anyone know how to get support with the Tesla App? When I click on service, roadside assistance or upgrades I get an error. I have tried signing out and back in, rebooting my iPhone and deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing changes. I’m a designated driver and have access. My wife is the owner, also has an iPhone and her app works without issue. Any suggestions or information would be appreciated.

Hmmm, well that certainly is an app failure if that’s the case. That means basically if I’m out of town and have an issue I can’t get it fixed.

Call and/or text your wife. I have the same issue with my wife and I in reverse. We are joint on the title, yet only I can review the charging history. It seem like there can only be one "owner". Tesla should fix that IMHO.

Not correct. My wife is an additional driver and she can request service. I suspect the OP’s issue is a temporary one on Tesla’s side.
