How are you searching for it? It works best with the Chrome Tesla VIN Finder extension
Are you trading in a vehicle?

That link hasn't worked for a very long time. It won't show the VIN until close to delivery.
Use the VIN finder, or go to
view-source:https://www.tesla.com/teslaaccount/product-finalize?rn=RNxxxxxx (with your Reservation Number) and search for LRWY
It would seem that those with a trade in appear to be moving in the que faster than those with no trade in. I guess makes sense from a business perspective to prioritise those with trade in as double margin (new car + sale of trade in).

It makes no difference on the order queue, I only asked because having an unconfirmed trade-in can prevent the hidden VIN from being released.
I've heard many stories of people accepting or rejecting the trade-in offer and immediately getting their VIN.

You can add a trade in at any time. Literally up to the delivery day of your vehicle.
No impact on your "queue position". BTW queue position doesn't exist because cars aren't made to order anyway.

Hey.. you're right.. Just got a VIN Assigned - so I've potentially moved forward!
EDD: March 11 - April 01
Unfortunately it's not a big batch for Perth, maybe the smallest I've seen. Only 100 cars when the last few have been around 500. It has 85 MYPs and only 15 RWDs. Maybe not all have been notified yet if yours is a MYP order as well isn't it?

Has anyone received any updates on MYP in Canberra? I ordered mine on 10/06/22 EDD was pushed to Jan-Feb. Apologies if this question has been covered just seems like no one at Tesla has any idea what the go is.

I have my pickup @ Hume available for either this Friday or Saturday. Going to ask them if there's anything a little later (like even Monday next week) as a lot to organise after getting the email last night.

Do you know if Viking Passama docked?
Folks who got the delivery message yesterday prob had Paglia cars, and us who are still waiting, were on VP (which docked a day after Paglia). Shouldn’t be much longer now.
