Autopilot improvement in 2024.x?

I’m still on 2023.44.1, pre-holiday update and pre-recall. Is it worth upgrading to get the trial fsd software with all the bells and whistles for 1 month, at the expense of increased nags and any other potential negatives or is the latest firmware better with respect to base autopilot? Sure the fsd for a month is tempting but what happens in May after the trial ends? How does base autopilot function these days?

Don't do it! You'll get hooked and won't go back to the old AP.
