I am in the same boat. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they would pull this crap without some sort of a contingency place toward appeasing current or recently-new owners. I would have saved nearly $3k and still haven't received my spoiler and rear badge (I ended up just purchasing one because I got sick of waiting). I also have some un-resolved service issues that I keep getting the run around on. I sent a few strongly-worded emails this morning. I feel this bait and switch crap has to stop or they are going to get themselves into some serious trouble. As great as these cars are, I have a hard time recommending them to anybody simply due to their (lack) of customer service...
