Battery Drain

I purchased the Mid Range Model 3 on 23 December. After just one week I have noticed my battery literally draining in front of my eyes. I supercharged three days ago to 80% ~ 204 miles. I have driven ~80 miles and I am currently showing 71 miles remaining. Additionally, last night I arrived at home with 83 miles and this morning I awoke to 73 miles. I have called Tesla and am currently waiting on a mobile team to reach back out. Am I missing something other than the 50+ miles that vanished into thin air? I would love to hear what you guys think. TL;DR version. You likely used more range then the miles you drove due to cold / driving style and the car will drain about 1% a day while sleeping. If you wake it up it frequently it will likely be more.
