Battery Warming Icon in New App

Are any of you in a cold enough climate to have your battery start warming with cabin heating yet?
Any idea where the battery warming indicator shows up in the app?
Any idea of what temperature it needs to be at before it does warm?

I have seen it, but I'm going from memory because my battery is warm now. I think it was by the a battery indicator on the main screen. A small red indicator. Also, the charge bar will be orange colored instead of green. I'll try to remember to update this tomorrow if my battery is cold in the morning.

It's 3 bacon strips like the icon for the heated seats, and shows up to the left of the battery level. The cable does turn orange, as well.

Ah, I saw that once now that you mention it. What exactly does that mean? The climate is on and it's also heating the battery?

Yeah I recently posted a question about this icon too, here is what it looks like in my car with outside temperature of 42F and scheduled departure set to 8:15am.

I wish there was more technical info of what the car is actually doing, I would love to see the nerdy stuff haha

I'm guess it's just saying it's conditioning the battery (heating or cooling) during charging (or preconditioning while heading over to a supercharger). This is while charging:

Old thread, but I’m a new owner and at 6:30 am woke to find the bacon strips consuming 14 amps of my set 16 amp charge rate.

I am going to switch to charging inside the garage to keep the battery warmer, but want to know what outdoor temps are too cold to charge in without Bacon.
