When I set the charging “bar” all the way to the right it shows as 97%. Similarly if I set it to what used to be 90% it is now 87%. I have a 2020 LR AWD vehicle purchased in December 2019. It happens to be cold out right now (Philly area) but there is nothing on the graph indicating it is cold (I.e. no blue or snowflake). Any thoughts?

Yes, the battery is just cold, though not cold enough to trigger the blue snowflake.
This is very common. This happens all the time at temperatures even in the 60’s and is easily visible using TeslaFi.
