Been on chill mode for the winter...

Just turned it off and punched it... instant smiles. Actually shocked at the instantaneous smack. I continue to love this car.

(Side note - just hit 10K on the odo. My worst issue with the car has been a loose terminal connection on the 12V battery. Bring a 10mm wrench with you)

I tried chill mode a couple of times. I did not like it. When it snows I just chill my foot.

Good tip about the battery. That is something really easy to check. That should be part of the maintenance schedule.

I found chill mode helped on the really snowy days. I didn’t really like it - but I found it useful in that weather.

One great thing about the battery fix is everything just unplugs to get to it super easy.

I used chill mode when the roads were really slippery. Promptly turned it off as soon as the roads were drier. I found Chill mode made the car feel like a ICE car when starting off. There just wasn't any oomph.

I have a winter profile setup that is exactly the same as met regular profile except for Chill and low regen selected. Makes switching easier.

Same. Use Chill when the roads are snow covered/icy. Have it set on a Snow profile.

Always in ludicrous mode. Flooring it even in snow and ice keeps it super straight after an initial twitch. Love it!
Even no problem with Full regen on.

But remember when it comes to braking we are all equally sliding.
