Best method to adjust seat / steering wheel?

This is probably super obvious to most, and I know largely personal preference, but how do you find your perfect seat and steering wheel position in your model 3? Where is the right position for lumbar support? Thanks for any tips!

Just fiddling until its correct, and keep saving the settings.

My wife's setting are totally different from mine, so there's probably no best advice.
