During multiple Model 3 test drive videos on reveal night, Santana's breezy "The Game of Love" could be heard playing quietly on the prototype car's audio system. It conjured up in my mind a sunny warm day behind the wheel of a Model 3, flying down the highway to some far off destination, passing every gas station along the way.
So I stopped by my local Tesla store this evening and put $1000.00 down toward making that vision a reality. Sure, I could have reserved online, but it seemed more fun to do it in the store, and to admire the fiery red Model S showroom car.
Was also cool that the Tesla employee who was with me during my Model S test drive last month helped me make the reservation for 3.
What...who am I kidding? Didn't need Santana to sell me the Model 3. It's AWESOME by itself!
But the guitar solo in that song is gonna sound killer in my Model 3...
