Blended regen brakes???

Tesla neither blends nor mixes. ;) Regen braking and friction braking are completely separate. A blended brake generally means that pressing the brake pedal applies a mix of regen and friction braking. In the Tesla the pedal only applies friction braking. It's just that regen braking automatically starts when you lift your foot off the accelerator pedal.
Understand this BUT they are both happening at the same time so is it ADDING, MIXING or COMBINING the 2? So what does Tesla call this? Just saying it's NOT blended leads many to wrongly assume that there is NO regen when you press the brake. What is the term for using both independently at the same time the way Tesla does?

I think you're overthinking this. ;) To add more confusion, it's absolutely possible to apply only the friction brake on a Tesla ... I you use both foots or, more realistically, if regen braking is disabled e.g. due to low temperature.

Right pedal electronics, left pedal hydraulics?

All these systems are the same thing, just actuated differently.
