Blind spot and screen delay

MYP 2022 Driver side blind spot and display lag:
I’m tall and with the seat back far enough for me, I cannot adjust the side mirror to eliminate the blind spot.
Ok, cool: let’s use the display. Nope. When the approaching car shows up on the screen and appears to be in the blind spot it’s actually already right next to me and it’s too late. There seems to be a camera lag.
Am I alone here?

My camera seems to be pretty accurate in displaying where cars actually are. Not seeing any lag.

My camera seems to be pretty accurate in displaying where cars actually are. Not seeing any lag.

Is it possible that this is because I turned on the FSD visualization?
It also doesn’t show parked cars or pedestrians on the sidewalk, but shows garbage cans on the street no problem.
