Blocked wiper jets

What is the best way to unblock or just to check the windscreen wiper jets on the wiper blades on a model Y.
Ive noticed little flow out of the drivers side wiper when operating the jets so wanted to check them for any blockage and to clean them

Never done it on a Tesla, but other models I've used a straight pin.

this happened when my Y was 6 months old. Sticking a pin in didnt help... i had to get home 6 hr drive so i borrowed my friends drill with the tiniest bit he had and drilled in at the T section in the plastic molding of the jet. Too much water comes out now but it works and i only have to press once for water as its enough. not sure why the damn things blocked but they all did at the same time.
