They seem to be getting these two station loop projects. So far only Las Vegas is going all in and making a full transit network out of it.

Where else besides Vegas is there a running system to expand? Any client would want to start small, then expand once successful. Plus, Boring is footing a lot of up front cost.

As a single loop tunnel, yes. However, if you actually follow the ideas for the system with multiple branches and varying levels of use at differerent branches, no. Then it, in concept, becomes something trains can’t do effectively - although we have yet to see that done outside of modeling.
