Good general area. I’ve thought that parking lot is a giant confusing traffic jam on weekends.

I think I understand the reasoning behind this one, though it is only about 5 miles from the Huebner/I-10 Supercharger.
1.) Density -- the Rim is a very highly traffic area, and many upscale apartments and town homes are in the area.
2.) Travel routing -- folks on long road trips east/west on I-10 can more easily use Loop 1604 to bypass inner San Antonio without having to make a 4-ish mile (each way) detour, often in very heavy traffic, to hit the Huebner supercharger...which is a V2.

OK this will really help the overloaded V2 supercharger at Leon Springs. I hope it has more than 8 stalls, and I assume V3.

Tesla is proposing to install an electric vehicle charging station with in an existing parking lot. The project includes the installation of (20) charging posts, (5) charging cabinets, (1) switchgear assembly, (1) utility transformer, (1) meter, and other associated utility equipment.
