Both displays went blank

Both displays went blank on my 2013
Model S.
Have tried several resets and nothing (hard and soft)
Can’t see how much battery, speed or even if lights or blinkers work.
Has anyone experienced this situation?
I’ve been investigating and could be because ATT stopped 3G service at the end of March. I may need a new modem but….can’t believe the main screen doesn’t work either.
Checked the fuses and they seem ok

Have you had the eMMC recall performed or purchased the infotainment upgrade?

3G going away has nothing to do with it.
