Both Key Cards stopped working

Phone key works fine. Both of my Key Cards wont unlock car. They appear on my Locks screen as unknown. Tapping card by cup holders does nothing. Anyone else have this issue? Cant edit or delete cards.

Updated to Software Version 2020.36.3.1 last week. Did not try cards until yesterday.

Did you try removing the cards and re-initiating them? It appears the update process has disabled them somehow.

How do I re-initiate them?

I have the same problem---my phone works but my key cards have no effect at all. I tap by the pillar as I have done many times and nothing happens. I reset the computer and no change. I did have a recent update and usually use my phone so likely it is since then I have had the problem. BTY my regen braking has come back after it went following putting on winter tires.

Requested a mobile service visit, and the night before, the guy pushed an update to my car which fixed the issue.
