PHONE KEY/CARD ISSUE

Okay, my phone keys work but not the actual cards.
Once I open the car with my phone key, then the cards can now work.

However, if I just come into my car without my phone - I can not open the car with my card.

I have removed and activated the cards multiple times.

In the lock settings - it shows the cards are "active" but "unknown". I am guessing this is where the issue is coming from

I wanted to see if anyone has any idea before I contact Tesla service.

By the way - I just got my MSP about 3 weeks ago.

Okay - I answered my own question.

Apparently, I was placing the card on the camera view of the door panel.
It needs to be below the camera view of door panel.

The user guide is a bit misleading.

but the "unknown" notation in the lock settings still remain. I will ignore that for now
