Both my 2022 and my 2023 Model Y LR cannot understand the name Julianna

Neither my 2022 nor my 2023 LR Model Y can understand the name Julianna. I added my daughters last name to her first in my iPhone 14 and it worked. The navigation system will not recognize her first and last name combination using a verbal command.

I feel your pain. My spouse (born in Germany) is named Frauke. Had to rename her cell phone "Wife's cell" to get the system to recognize her!
