Brake fluid question

I am at like 180k miles and figured i should get around to flushing the brake lines with new fluid. I was looking at the service manual and it says to use BASF Hydraulan 404. can i just go to autozone and grab any DOT 4 fluid or is that some weird spec i gotta look for.

FWIW, the Hydraulan 404 meets the "low viscosity" specs for DOT 4. I couldn't find the Hydraulan product for sale anywhere either.

If you are looking at other brands, you want the ones labeled "low viscosity". Pentosin calls theirs DOT 4 LV for low viscosity. The spec to look for is the Kinematic Viscosity at -40C, which should be less than 700 mm2/s. The Pentosin DOT4LV also matches the wet and dry boiling point specs of the Hydraulan 404 product.
