Brake Maintenance Advice

Hello TMC community. The brakes on my 2013 Model S started squeaking a bit. Wanted to get advice from the community on how to go about tending to this. Where is everyone going to get their brakes checked? Is the Tesla Service Center the way to go? I squeaking a sign of anything?

There's nothing special about Tesla brakes, they're the same as any other car. If you have an independent shop that you've used in the past you can save some money and have them look at it. Tesla SC are usually good, but quite expensive. Mine here in TX is $195/hour.

Try applying them hard at speed first, may be glazed from little use.
