Bumps on both sides of rear plastic bumper considered 'normal'

Went in for a service today to check these bumps which you can only really see if you look hard enough with the light shining on an angle and apparently this is normal and has to do with the bracket or something at the rear of the panel. I checked other cars in for service and they had the exact same thing.. Now I saw it I can't unsee it so will have to live with it I guess. Just another quality Tesla feature I guess
Can someone else shine a light on an angle on this part of your model 3 bumper and confirm if you have it too?

After further investigation I found this picture online of a model 3 with bumper removed. My guess is this part is protruding causing the raised bumps.

My March 2021 built LR. Never knew that was there. You really have to hit it with a sharp angle of light to see it: almost vertical. Otherwise it is not visible.

Since the bumps are so hard to see, what made you notice them initially?

I don't expect many people will care (including me). The only time you would ever see it is shining a flashlight skimming the surface directly over it.

The car was in a public garage with the light shining down on that area making the bumps look more pronounced.
