Button on UMC cable not working

The button on my UMC cable (standard one supplied with M3) no longer seems to open the charging port. I think it stopped working some time ago.

Anyone else experienced this?

I’m assuming the cable is covered by at least a 12 month guarantee and SC will be able to sort something out?

Just came here to report the same thing but with the Tesla Wall Charger. It will not work to open the flap but will work to disconnect the charger for me. I can open the rear car door to ensure it's awake but the button will not open it. Touching the flap will.

Mine correlated with the 2020.24.6.4 update 5 days ago. Which software are you on? I've filed a service request with this information.

Updated to 2020.28.1 yesterday but made no difference.
