Buying a Used X direct from Tesla UK

Hi, I’ve just signed up here, so apologies if this isn’t In The right place, but has anyone else had a terrible experience trying to purchase a used tesla direct from tesla UK’s website (used inventory).

I tried to px my M3P for a MXP100D that popped up on teslas website, but have had terrible service all the way through- to the point that I’ve cancelled my order, and got a refund on the £200 deposit.

Hi,

Better posting in the UK forum.Maybe mods can move this. I haven't bought anything used from Tesla, but their customer service can be poor and confusing.
