Hi Can I buy wall charger using 2 credit cards from Tesla? Over a phone? Any one know promo code that will work?

You can't buy anything from Tesla over the phone, and they don't offer discounts. I doubt you can use two credit cards when buying online from Tesla, but I never tried so I'm not certain.
