C pillar trim removal for diagnosing noises?

Does anyone know the best way to remove that plastic C pillar trim at the front of the rear triangle window? Specifically the one in the picture below (screenshot from a video I recorded to demonstrate the noise).

I tried googling this and searching this forum and couldn't find anything helpful. The ticking noise from the top of that piece is driving me crazy

Hey, did you ever figure out a solution? I've got the same ticking noise coming from that part, and it's driving me insane!

Sorry, never quite figured it out. I ended up trading in the car for a newer one. No such issues on this one (knocking on wood).
