It all started with reverse camera not working (black screen). Then eventually I noticed that cruise control, autopilot, sentry mode, recording in general will not function at all.
I’ve tried hard reset, soft reset, power off mode reset, charging overnight, 12v battery disconnect reset, all with pulled out USB devices and cards. I’ve even tried forcing a beta software update and got a message that it can’t be installed.
Nothing is helping. I tried making a service appointment and the first one available is July 15th. I really don’t want to wait that long, especially without reverse camera since the back is so hard to see out of.
Is there a faster way to contact Support on this since they can likely log in and reinstall my software or cycle it back a version? Or at least handle it over the phone?
Any other ideas?
