Cameras/Autopilot not working

It all started with reverse camera not working (black screen). Then eventually I noticed that cruise control, autopilot, sentry mode, recording in general will not function at all.

I’ve tried hard reset, soft reset, power off mode reset, charging overnight, 12v battery disconnect reset, all with pulled out USB devices and cards. I’ve even tried forcing a beta software update and got a message that it can’t be installed.

Nothing is helping. I tried making a service appointment and the first one available is July 15th. I really don’t want to wait that long, especially without reverse camera since the back is so hard to see out of.
Is there a faster way to contact Support on this since they can likely log in and reinstall my software or cycle it back a version? Or at least handle it over the phone?

Any other ideas?

Hi Commish,

Use the Tesla App to request service...
Request a Software Update
Put in the request that your car is disabled.
Include your screen shot with the request.

They have people reviewing this area frequently.
You could have software pushed in a day or a few hours...

When you say “Use the Tesla app to request service”, you mean a service appointment, right? I actually did this, and posted all info, but first appointment is 2 weeks from now. If it’s software based to they fix it earlier?

YES, if you request software from a failed update
they will send it within hours or in a day...

Now at month end, it might be a bit slower, but not 2 weeks...
Exactly the same Tesla app, to request service> Then Software> Then Update
Type in your notes and upload your screen shot...
