Can I charge another ev with my mobile connector?

I have been wondering if i could use my tesla mobile connector an another ev such as the MG ZS EV. I am in australia, and have the mobile connector with the type 2 lead, which is also prominent in the MG ZS EV. Could anyone please anser this? Thank you.

Hrmm. It is designed to be controlled via the Tesla App in conjunction with a Tesla vehicle, so maybe it won’t like being plugged into something else… Honestly it’s a good question!

That said, while a quick Google search indicates it may be possible, from the Mobile Connector manual:

“Warning: The Mobile Connector is designed only for charging a Tesla vehicle (excluding Tesla Roadster). Do not use it for any other purpose or with any other vehicle or object. The Mobile Connector is intended only for vehicles that do not require ventilation during charging.”

not sure about Australian EV charging standards but I did charge Porsche Panamera plug in with my tesla mobile connector using adapter. No problems
