Can I make a service appointment without app?

I just bought my first Tesla yesterday. I'm working on getting the car added to my Tesla account, which I think might take a while. In the meantime, can I make an appointment another way? By phone? I am thinking the converter is broken. I can't charge using any AC charging source.

Would this be done under warranty? Bet you a donut it's a fuse in the charger. If it's under warranty, let Tesla do it.

Thanks ya'll. I'll do the wait on phone. I don't think it's under warranty. 2013 Model S. 1st owner registered in June 2013. If I'm not mistaken, the only coverage I might have (I hope) is powertrain warranty till June 2021.

I used the Tesla Support Chat feature yesterday to open a 2nd service ticket for my phantom braking issue (good luck, I know).
