Can the door opening button be removed? (for rattles)

My drivers door button rattles to kickdrums and I want to take it out and put a tiny spec of felt tape underneath.

Is it possible to remove the button somehow? I dont really want to wedge a trimtool in there if its not removable or requires disassembly...

For what is worth, one of my rear doors wouldn't open and was diagnosed as a faulty switch which necessitated replacement of the entire interior door panel!!

The tech said they don't even make individual switches, which doesn't necessarily mean they can't be removed but I'd have a chat with them first..

im not talking about removing the door panel - ive already done that.
I am talking about removing the little plastic door opening switch. (the little 1x1 cm button). that one rattles for me.
