Can you arrange screen like this?

I just received my Nomad charger for my yet to be received M3. On the back it shows a picture of the interior and a screen configuration I had’t noticed before. Is this an accrue representation of a possible configuration?

Yeah unfortunately that's not real.. Would be great to be able to customize the app placement on the screen like that. Someone should ask Elon on twitter!
