Can you ask for the hood to be replaced by another factory hood?

My car has been delivery with imperfections on the hood. Many touched up chips (around 5).

Im wondering if its possible to ask to replace the hood with one from the factory? Has anyone got it done?

I don’t want to accept a repaint, because its always of lower quality than factory painting. And the fact that a brand new car wouldnt be brand new after all.

You could have refused delivery but now it is up to tesla as far as they handle the repair....
