Cant adjust my charging limit.

I just purchased a 2013 Model S.

First time charging and it cuts off at 68%.
I have got on the app and tired adjusting it on the screen, but nothing will allow me to move it any higher. Anyone else have this problem or know what to do?

That's not right. Try adjusting it on the screen in the car.

didn't 60kwh (or 40?) pack had that as a software limit in some earlier versions?
what is your software version?

Mobile App has issues sometimes. Make sure the charging settings in the car are the same as in the App, as was mentioned above.
