Carbon fibre wheels on a Tesla ?

Testing the water here.

wondering what sort of feedback and interest there would be in carbon fibre wheels for Tesla in a range of sizes

Weight per wheel comes in at just over half! the weight of aluminum equivalent.

wheels exceed impact and load testing requirements.

Not a cheap product as you would expect with retail prices around $10k

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

The highlight here is a lighter wheel than unplugged using different centre materials and priced to market substantially cheaper.

The difficult question to answer is how many Tesla owners would be interested in this type of product.
