Center console phone tray cover misaligned

Taking it in on Monday to get some issues fixed and hopefully get the tray cover aligned too. Anyone have theirs misaligned or get theirs fixed? It periodically prevents the cover from popping up when pressed.

Ours seem fine, except for the usb cables are useless, as we don't have any phone that uses them. Just good old micro usb.

Might be a stupid question but is there a special way to open the phone cover one closed? I open the center console then pull up on the phone cover

yea, you push down on the lowest edge and it pops up

mine seems similar but I've never encountered any issues with it closing or opening properly.

It is quite annoying. Hopefully there is sometime SC can fix.
