Charge dropping 5% every hour when parked inside garage, compressor running

I charged at the supercharger to 80% and when I returned home and parked in the garage, I heard the compressor running and it was running even after 6 hours being parked. It has been running for the last 12 hours now and charge has dropped from 80% to 25%. The AC is also not working - it blows hot air instead of cooling. Never noticed in the last 6 months because the ambient temperature was <70F and only heating was needed. I am worried that the compressor will go bad soon. I have contacted Tesla service but got appointment only after 14 days. I bought my car in Dec 2022.

I turned on the service mode and I see this alert VCFRONT_a125_thmlFanlCLatchFault. I dont see any alarms on the driver screen. Has anyone seen this before?
