Charge interrupted a few times per month with Clipper Creek charger

A few times per month, my Clipper Creek HCS-40 will stop charging a minute into a timed charge overnight and the iPhone notification will say "charge interrupted" and the bottom two lights will flash on the HCS-40. The lights will stop flashing a few minutes after I unplug the car and will be fine for many nights thereafter. Seems random. Anyone else with this phenomenon?

According to the manual for the HCS-40, the bottom 2 lights flashing indicates a hardware problem with EVSE itself.. I would contact ClipperCreek, their support is very good. If the device is under warranty still they will swap it out fairly quickly.
