My opinion when ordering the tesla was this is the best company in the world possibly more than apple. But I guess I'm wrong as it turns out Tesla is the best company giving two shits about it's customers, no proper response from tesla management about ecu charge port issue and the local delivery teams are hopeless and don't know what to explain the customers. More than the delivery what bothers me is that what if we get into an accident or a warranty issue and they keep the car at the service center for a month then I'm without a car. I guess when I ordered a tesla I signed up for this craziness around it. Let's see if they'll still be the best EV company with this kind of absurd customer service in the next 5 years.
